The succulent was too humid for a long time. The best color will occur when your ice plants are exposed to the sun. Your succulent should be fed in the spring, just before the start of the growing season. Cacti plants are more dependent on fertilizer during their active growing season than other times. Cacti plants can withstand low light and poor lighting, but only for short periods. Your cactus should be planted in the soil-based potting mixture once new leaves have appeared. Then, transfer the plant to bright lighting.
