Crassula mesembryanthemoides can't be grown in cold areas. If you live in an area that is below 30 degrees F (-1.1deg C), this succulent should be kept indoors. Crassula ovata is not cold hardy, so if you live in a zone that gets colder than 20deg F (-6.7deg C), it's best to plant this succulent in a container that can be brought indoors. Aloe nubilis "Gold-Tooth Aloe", also known as Aloe nobilis, is not hardy. This means that if your area gets colder than 20deg F (20 deg C), you should plant the succulent in an indoor container.
