Your Physical Fitness Definition Will Determine Your Success
It always amazes me that FITNESS is a multi billion dollar industry... Yet a solid, concise and universal definition of fitness is difficult to nail down.

You will most likely be met with the "deer caught in the headlights" stare accompanied by absurd stammering.

A marathon runner is going to define fitness in terms of cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance... A power-lifter is going to define fitness in terms of absolute strength... A bodybuilder will define fitness in conditions of muscle size and definition... etc.
But the vast majority of people taking part in a physical exercise program are not professional athletes worried about the improvement of just one physical ability.
Thus, basing the definition of yours of fitness on one specific physical ability does not result in a universal definition of fitness.
