Why women live longer than men?
Everywhere in the world women live longer than men - but this was not always the case. The available data from rich countries shows that women didn't live longer than men in the 19th century. What makes women live longer than men in the present, and why does this benefit increase over time? The evidence isn't conclusive and ابر التخسيس - https://glorynote.com, we only have some solutions. We know that behavioral, biological and environmental factors play a role in the fact that women live longer than men; but we don't know exactly what the contribution to each of these variables is.
Independently of the exact number of pounds, we know that at least a portion of the reason why women live so much longer than men however not as in the past, is to have to do with the fact that several significant non-biological elements have changed. These are the factors that are changing. Some are well known and relatively straightforward, like the fact that men smoke more often. Certain are more complicated. For example, there is evidence that in rich countries the female advantage increased in part because infectious diseases used to affect women disproportionately a century ago, so advances in medicine that reduced the long-term health burden from infectious diseases, especially for survivors, ended up raising women's longevity disproportionately.
Everywhere in the world women tend to live longer than men

This chart shows that, even though women enjoy an advantage throughout the world, the differences between countries can be significant. In Russia, women live 10 years longer than men. In Bhutan, the difference is less than half a calendar year.

The female advantage in life expectancy was smaller in developed countries that it is today.
Let's see how the female longevity advantage has changed over time. The next chart shows the life expectancy of males and females when they were born in the US from 1790 to 2014. Two points stand out.
First, there is an upward trend. Women and men in the United States live longer than they were 100 years ago. This is in line with historical increases in life expectancy everywhere in the world.
There is an ever-widening gap: female advantage in life expectancy used be very modest but it increased substantially over the course of the last century.
