Fight Heart Disease, Diabetes and Cancer With High Intensity Exercise (HIE)
Generally there seems to be a widely, and possibly too readily accepted, perception that decreased physical fitness and capacity is an element of the natural progression of growing older. I am here to inform you that this's the biggest myth that almost everyone seems to accept.
As we age our bodies gradually stop producing testosterone and growth hormone enhancing the chances of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, as well as accumulation of belly fat, loss of lean muscle mass, reduced energy as well as stamina, chronic fatigue, along with the often dreaded loss of libido.
I don't agree that the downward slide of aging inevitable and apart of the purely natural process, so do researchers at Brunel Faculty in the UK. In a recent study they proved that High Intensity Exercise (H.I.E) offsets the age associated decline of growth hormone and testosterone booster efficacy (hop over to here), and substantially increases your organic Growth and Testosterone Hormone production.
Growing old does not result in a predetermined decline of health, body, or wellness. Nor does it predispose you with regard to the dangers of so called "diseases of aging". Remain productive, as well as make sure you receive in three intensive strength workouts a week, and hardly ever worry about feeling "old" again.
Break the: "Downward Cycle of Aging" in 3 basic steps:
Do compound exercises such as the squat, dead lift, bench press, and pull ups to get the most muscles involved with every workout.
Full sets of 8 reps to raise hormone response.
Ditch slow boring cardio, plus finish a number of sets of periods in half the time.
