Diet pills can be a joke. There aren't any weight loss supplements walmart (https://www.timesofisrael.com/spotlight/exipure-reviews-honest-customer-warning-shocking-side-effects-concerns) loss supplements out there that allow you to slim down, burn fat, or tone your body.
Of late, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, "What do you think of a supplement called _____?" (Name removed to guard the useless!)
Now _____ is a popular "fat burner", but permit me to explain, I do not think too much of it (or perhaps any fat burner item, for that matter).
Virtually every fat burner on the market is a glorified caffeine tablet. And there actually is not one item on the market with a well done, scientific study supporting it is use.
As I told my client, "You understand the secrets, bro: Effort, done consistently, along with the right nutrition. That is what is needed to get the body you want" (which he has too, going from 210 and twenty % body fat to 175 and single digit unwanted fat, all while reaching his top level of fitness ever).
Back to supplements...I am not confident that there is a single ingredient available that will have a significant influence on your fat loss. Regardless of whether it is caffeine, calcium, pyruvate, chitosan, forskolin, HCA, or even the beloved Green Tea of mine and fish oils, I do not believe you will drop any excess fat if you use these products (although Green tea extract, calcium & fish oils are able to have a big influence on better health).
So it's time to expose another misconception - the myth that a supplement or maybe ingredient can enable you to burn off more calories and fat and enable you to obtain the body of your dreams. This is simply not going to take place.
Buyer beware, I say. Or buyer be prepared, that is a lot better. Get to know the simple truth about these items and no matter whether they are going to do the things they say, or perhaps burn a hole in your wallet.
