Low-light plants such as mood moss (sheet moss), pillow moss (pillow moss) can live in low light. Kalanchoe's high sensitivity is what makes it a good houseplant. The temperature should be between 60oF and 75oF. To ensure they thrive, it is important to keep them at least 45oF in an outdoor garden. Due to winds and breezes, indoor plants tend to dry slightly quicker in outdoor areas than they do indoors. Outdoor plants will therefore need more water. The commercial soil is enriched with sand to aid in drainage.
