Every variety of succulent is unique. They are tiny and won't cause any damage to your plant. Gently trim the offset off the parent plant, then give it a light shaking or dusting off to remove any excess soil. You can only give your succulent so much water. I'd love to give it a higher amount, but online information shows that many expensive, large specimens (like Aloe theraskii, an expensive tree succulent) that were planted young-on have died. 2019: Bromeliads and agaves have replaced the dasylirion, and mature tree aloes lend balance, height and interest.
