This is the best way to propagate your plant. You'll need your soil (perlite and/or succulent soil or homemade soil), a mist option spray bottle, and a pot. This plant will only grow properly if it is given enough sunlight. Succulents are designed to thrive in low-water environments, which means that they need very little water. Rainbow Elephant Bush grows laterally so indoors are best. Because they are attracted the same conditions as Cacti, it can be a problem lot. Because they thrive in sunlight, the plants need a lot of sun to grow. The seeds rarely germinate even when the plant is wild.

Exposed to heat or full sun, some succulents plants naturally develop reddish tips. Indoor succulents are much more susceptible to getting brittle. Sempervivum arachnoideum 'Cobweb Hens and Chicks' are low-growing, clump-forming succulents with green rosettes covered in a white, hairy webbing. Aeonium arbutum 'Zwartkop’ has striking rosettes which look like flowers, and are made up mostly of waxy leaf. They produce star-shaped bright reddish, bright pink-reddish blooms. Crassula Pellucida 'Variegata' (Calico Kitten) produce small white flowers that can appear around springtime.

Pink succulents are one of my favourite shades, and I have many favorites. Although the soil may still seem moist at depth you can water your plants as long as the soil is dry. For a quick check of moisture, place your finger into the soil/potting mix. The plant doesn't need any more water if the top two inches of soil or potting mix are moist. It does not require much water in the winter months and requires very little watering. Outdoor plants should not be fed in the spring. However, indoor plants require a well balanced fertilizer that is applied once a month during summer and spring.

What Causes Succulent Dormancy? Long exposure of the plant to direct sunlight causes sunburn which destroys the appearance of this lovely plant. It is unique in that it can thrive under indirect sunlight unlike other succulents. Cacti, whether you are a newbie or not are very easy to care for. If your succulents are exposed to any direct sunlight, you need to watch for signs of sunburn and adjust accordingly. Dormancy is more common in plants that are temperate, which most succulents don't.
