This succulent produces clusters orangish-red flowers during spring and the summer. If you would like to have more succulents, it is best not to remove any pups until the spring. There are many options for containers to grow your succulents. Start with something simple until you feel comfortable growing them. Then, move on to more elaborate containers. While I strongly recommend using a coarse mix of soil to grow succulents in pots, there have been times when I felt the need for something more organic so that the soil dries out a bit longer.
