Before adding soil to the succulent pot, you will need to place a drainage screen. A small Agave succulent would be a good choice for the center. Avoid placing cacti, such as Agaves, in reach of animals and children when decorating with succulents indoors. There are countless beautiful succulents, cacti and other plants that will inspire you. It's great to visit the Desert Botanical Garden during early spring when many aloe and Cacti are still in bloom. If you don't know what cacti look like, I hope these photos will show you.
