Graptoveria succulent pests include mealybugs and apids. However, you can spot them if you look at the plant's base. Sun-hardy species that have been accustomed to growing indoors are also susceptible to sunburn or sun damage when first moved outdoors so it is better to do so slowly to get the plant accustomed to the more intense heat. Although they may look similar at first glance, there are some key differences. Unfortunately, aloes cannot be propagated via leaf cutting, unlike other succulents.

Agave intenuata is the first of all succulents to sustain frost damage during winter. Encouraging better flowering requires a cooling period in winter. People from the Americas, like cacti, agaves and many sedums, do better than people from Madagascar or South Africa (kalanchoes, aeoniums and crussulas). The more sunlight your Kalanchoe gets, the better it will be. You'll barely notice the damage once you're done. While most succulents can survive a very brief frost (less then an hour), Agave Attenuata's leaves are more susceptible to damage.

Hanging plantsers are a great method to use vertical space to add depth to your garden. You can add pumice directly to the soil after creating the tunnels. This will not cause any damage to the roots. If the roots or the soil surrounding them are wet, air can't penetrate. Remove older succulent roots that are rotting to ensure the water is not contaminated. Find some old soup ladles that you can paint. But make sure it is not poisonous.
