Weight loss Can be Done
Have I got the attention of yours?
Numerous people don't assume that the aforementioned statement holds true because they do not understand the fundamentals of weight loss.
Reducing your weight is not a sprint, it is a marathon. In other words do not try to shed weight in two weeks that took 2 years to gain. Sure there are diets which promise that you will lose 10 pounds in two weeks but a lot of those diets are not sustainable. When you go on one of such diets you are going to lose weight, however, it's mainly water, not the weight that you would like to lose. So can losing weight be easy? First you have to set yourself attainable and reasonable goals. Take advantage of the SMART method of objective setting:
Certain - establish a target goal for the weight loss of yours, keep to an extremely small number say 2 to 3 pounds
Measurable - keep a record of your progress in a Weight Loss Journal
Achievable - make the goal you set something that is feasible to attain.
Realistic - don't attempt to shed the weight all at once, remember this's a marathon
