A dole recipient has shared how he applied for 15 jobs in just three minutes in order to abide by Centrelink's rules, which require him to make several applications each month. 

Sydney-based music producer 'Mumfighter' posted a video to his social media accounts on Wednesday showing how he meets government requirements for the JobSeeker payment. 

Mumfighter filmed a video where he challenged himself to send 15 job applications in eight minutes - and claims in the clip that he actually smashed out in three minutes and 22 seconds. 

'Some of the employment places that do that don't reply to my emails anymore for some reason.'

TikTok users were amused by his stunt - several encouraging him and sharing ways to work around the system. 

'your [sic] doing it the slow way just copy and paste the applied list into a word document and submit it,' one viewer commented.

'quick apply is on jora. takes 2 seconds and you dont even need to give them a resume,' another comment read. 

One Tiktok user, who appeared to be affiliated with Centrelink, said the musician's antics were unacceptable. 

'You'll be hearing from us thankfully some staff enjoy Tiktok especially the auditing team. This is not acceptable,' They wrote. 

Other users were quick to jump to Mr Skye's defence and called the apparent Centrelink worker 'soulless'. 

'But if they're jobs he's able to do, what's the problem?? Eg. I'd get it if he was applying to be a doctor with no qualifications, but he isn't?,' another wrote. 

Data from March has revealed more than 900,000 Australians were currently receiving JobSeeker payments. The country's unemployment rate is at its lowest in 13 years.
