Friends, Thanksgiving is simply a small number of weeks away and Christmas will be arriving shortly thereafter! I don't know about you, but this's the always the busiest time of year for me! When I started ingesting raw food items almost twelve years back, I panicked at the idea of exactly how I would make it through each one of those holiday meals affairs. Parties, snacking, nibbling, cooking, entertaining, food gifts, weight gain worries, the carnivorous household of mine and friends... Oh the goodness of mine how the holiday meals pressures got me into such a frenzy! Sound familiar?
Well, thankfully, I have discovered a little something or even two over the years; particularly not to be concerned about remaining raw but true to myself throughout the holiday season.
Whether you're new to raw vegan food or perhaps a seasoned expert, this's not time of year to be fretting about that nibble of stuffing, sweet potatoes or perhaps cookie you have ate.
