Are you Unknowingly Sabotaging Your Weight Loss Efforts With Toxic Choices?
In a well intentioned effort to reduce excess body and weight fat, lots of people make decisions that unintentionally end up sabotaging the efforts of theirs and so they wrestle with poor outcomes or wind up holding a roller coaster of short term excess weight loss followed by gaining everything back.
We now have much more diet guides, more weight management programs, more weight loss supplements and fat burners, more diet meals, more fat free as well as low fat food, much more sugar-free foods, much more low calorie foods, far more gyms, far more trainers, extra cooking and exercise shows on television, and more surgeries dealing with the results of excess weight as well as fat than ever.
But, there's a problem. We've a considerably more obese population than every other time in our history. Worse yet, the rates of ours of chronic illness are sky-rocketing out of control. Diseases of lifestyle such as obesity, anxiety disorders, depression, digestive disorders, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, reproductive along with fertility problems, learning as well as attention problems, chronic fatigue and chronic pain, are on the rise with each passing season.
Something is not adding up. We are fatter and sicker.
If we've been making choices that are allegedly good for us, as the diet as well as low calorie decisions we see offered to us, then shouldn't we be a slimmer and healthier population?
