Weight loss Can be Done

Many people don't think that the aforementioned statement applies since they don't understand the basics of weight loss.

When you decide to go on one of those diets you will lose weight, though it is mainly water, not the fat that you want to lose. So can losing weight be simple? To begin with you have to set yourself reasonable and attainable goals. Take advantage of the SMART method of goal setting:
Certain - establish a target goal for the fat loss of yours, keep to a very small number say 2 to three pounds
Measurable - keep a record of the progress of yours in a Weight Loss Journal
Achievable - make the goal you set something that is feasible to attain.
Realistic - do not try to drop all of the weight all at once, remember this is a marathon
