Does it Matter Which Diets For Dieting You Choose?
Diet guru's may not be thrilled to read about the results of some compelling new research. It seems it does not matter which diets for weight loss you choose - low fat, high protein or low carbohydrate.
What exactly does matter is cutting the number of calories you consume every single day and sticking to it.
