I am yet to uncover good metabolic booster apart from exercise and enhancing diet. Everything else is merely farce. And the much less said about hunger suppression, the greater. Of course you are able to suppress hunger and appetite, but have you thought about the side-effects/results from this. Slower metabolism. When you are not eating, you're placing your body in "hunger state", where your body starts conserving electricity in any form. So slowing down the metabolism of yours.
So what to do? how to proceed?
