I was so excited to have a succulent that crested on it's own in a garden under my care. It's great fun to have something unique in your collection. However, it can sometimes be too expensive to buy rare plants. The couple had an incredible collection of crested Aeoniums. While they are somewhat rare, crested succulents don't have to be expensive so they make a great addition for your succulent collection. Standing water should be avoided, as is the case with most succulents. So, it's important to drain your soil. If you're unable to provide enough sunlight indoors for your succulents, a growlight is a great alternative. A grow light can save the day in such cases. If you have cold winters that are below the plant's tolerance, you will need to move most of these plants indoors.
