Buddha's plant is a beautiful succulent that grows in columns, and most of the time, every column will produce a new branch. The lid of the seed trays can be kept closed to reduce evaporation. However, you will still need to refill the tray often. For the seed trays, fill the lower white portion about half way with water. You can observe your plant to see how much water you need and then make notes of how often to water it. Succulent seeds are tiny so it is essential to ensure that you have clean hands and a tidy workspace before you start planting. Plants in an arrangement are less likely to develop. My tender succulents were left outside for three to four nights when the temperatures dropped below freezing. You should ensure that your succulents are protected from extreme heat and sunlight when you return them outside. A translucent cloth can be placed over the pot to provide a stable growing environment. You can confine their growth by growing them in containers.
