These are pictures of my very first succulent arrangement that I had put together about five years ago. California Sunsets require little effort to care for. They are also easy to propagate. It is known that they have delicate leaves so be careful with them. It has plump, blue-green leaves with pink tips. It is best to be cautious when handling the leaf as the powdery farina will get stuck. The best practices are to give the leaves little or no watering. Agave leaves can be dangerously sharp. This unusual hybrid succulent has pronounced spines on its leaf margins. This gorgeous rosette-shaped succulent has powdery blue leaves with reddish-pink leaf margins during fall and winter. The leaves can grow up to six inches in diameter. They are arranged in the rosette shape. The Sanyatwe is an interesting little succulent with thick, peachy-orange leaves arranged in a rosette pattern.

Blue Elf has long, grayish-blue leaves that grow in a rosette form and can grow to as much as two feet in size. Leaves range in color from dark jade green in the shade to red mealy bugs on plants the edges when exposed to direct or full sunlight. These 'teeth’ may have a yellowish-orange-brown color, which contrasts the plant's bright greenish-blue leaves. This hybrid succulent is a cross between Graptopetalum, Echeveria and Echeveria. It has brightly colored leaves that range in color from vibrant orange to deep red and bright yellow. The yellowish-green color of the oblong leaf is due to partial sun exposure. Its vibrant orange leaves have a slightly rose hue. Its stems are covered in tubular, greenish-blue leaves covered in powdery farina. You can also cut them off so that the plant can re-grow new branches. The bluish-silver stems have yellow or grey spines. Mangave can be described as a cross between Agave or Manfreda. This Mangave may reach 10 inches in width and 12 inches tall at maturity.

It usually grows to 6-8 inches in height at maturity. The plant's bright green stems can reach up to 8 inches in height and are covered with coppery-orange spines. Do you want to grow your cactus collection? The Ice Plant is non-toxic and makes a great addition to any pet-friendly succulent collection. The Ice Plant is native South Africa. The Ice Plant is distinguished by its distinctive three-sided, oval leaves. The orange-colored leaves are brighter and more vibrant when there is more sunshine. It is important to water them regularly so they can withstand the scorching summer heat. Once a couple of days have passed, you can return to your standard watering schedule. After you have your trimmings, lay each one on a piece of paper towel to dry for a couple of days. Golden Sedum, like most succulents prefer well-draining soil. They also prefer to be watered only when it is dry. This beautiful hybrid succulent is a cross between Graptopetalum paragayense and Sedum alfidi. This succulent is a combination of E.pulidonis & an unknown species Echeveria.

Online retailers typically stock around 280 types and 300 varieties of succulents. It is possible for the plant to become too big or fall out of the soil. Over time you will be able grow an entire plant which can be easily propagated. Rosettes can reach six inches in size, while the entire plant can reach eight inches. The leaves are arranged as a rosette and can reach up 12 inches in height. The plump, spiky leaves can reach up to 18 inches in length. In ideal conditions, the plant itself can reach eight inches in height. The crested variety typically stays much smaller than normal Opuntia subulata, which can reach up to 13 feet tall. The Blue Torch Cactus can grow to as high as 33 feet. It is a tree-like columnar Cactus. The Mini Cinnamon Cactus thrives with good drainage and plenty of sunlight.

They thrive outdoors in full sun with proper drainage. It can be moved outside during warmer seasons to get enough sunlight. You can grow it indoors and outdoors, depending on the climate. When you're done with the plants, make sure to save the succulent stem cuttings. They can be used later in the process. A minimum of three inches is required for stem cuttings to be able to propagate in water. The plant will need to be watered more frequently during this time. While they need similar care to Agave plants, they tend to grow faster. It is very easy to take care of, it can be propagated quickly and has a high yield rate of new offsets. It does grow in dense clumps, which spread as more offsets are produced. The more sunlight the plant gets, the more orange it will turn. Can Succulents Get Too Many Sun? They eat the cactus for water. Because of its long, curved stem segments with pointed teeth along the edges, some people call it the crab Cactus. Root rot, and stem rot are two of the most common issues that can result from overwatering. You should keep the soil moist for several days to encourage root growth.
