They will not run out of water, so make sure to water them often. Once you determine that the ground is completely dry, you can move on to watering. Although there are some exceptions, most cacti live in areas that are hot and dry. Lithops enjoy dry, warm climates. The spider mite is Lithops' most bothersome insect. Spider mites can leave white spots on plants' surfaces. Just wait for new green growth to take place. After that, the plant will shed its old leaves. Sempervivum.arachnoideum. "Cobwebhens and Chicks" easily produce pups and offsets. Lithops do not pose a danger to pets or children. Whether you keep your string of pearls indoors or out, remember to keep it out of reach of children and pets. String of pearls appreciate humidity despite their dry origins.

You can raise humidity levels by placing water in a container near your plant, grouping succulents with other plants, and misting the surrounding area (but not the roots).
