Buddha's plant can be described as a beautiful succulent. It grows in columns and each column will produce a branch. You can slow down the evaporation by keeping the lid on your seed trays, but you still have to refill it frequently. For the seed trays, fill the lower white portion about half way with water. To determine how often your plant needs water, observe the plant closely and make notes. Because succulent seeds can be so tiny, you need to make sure that your hands are clean and that your workspace is clean before you begin planting them. Succulents grown in an arrangement show limited development. My tender succulents were left outside for three to four nights when the temperatures dropped below freezing. When you put the succulent outside, or in the same spot where it was originally growing, make sure it is protected from the cold and extreme heat. A translucent cloth can be placed over the pot to provide a stable growing environment. You can confine their growth by growing them in containers. Look at the information included with your seeds to determine when you can expect to see signs of growth.

Most succulents are easily cut using a pair of gardening shears or a sturdy pair. Once the frostbitten areas have dried out, cut them off if possible. After you have removed the frostbitten areas, it is important to wait 2-3 days before watering. I accidentally sprayed water on top of the seeds as I was watering my other plants. You will need to water your air plants less frequently if they are in high humidity areas. These are great options for outdoor pots, even if they won't be in the ground or soil.

Use a commercial cactus or succulent mix. Or make your own. Mix regular potting soil with pumice, coarse sand, and pumice. The majority of succulents that live in their native habitats tend to grow in low-lying areas, where they are shaded and protected by taller plants. If you find any damage or diseased areas on the plant, you need to immediately remove them from its main plant. With clean hands, carefully remove the seeds from the pouch and place them on top of the soil. Mold and fungus will grow if water is left unattended for too long. Start by filling your tray or container with soil. If your starter tray had a lid, you will need to remove it. The best method to remove them is the old-fashioned way, using tweezers. It's best to take off the lid after the first month if you are treating the container as a greenhouse. This will allow the seedlings adequate airflow. Your container will need water daily to keep it moist. You should ensure that your seedlings receive regular water as they grow. Most succulent seedlings should be left in the original planter for six months to a year before being transplanted.
