Buddha's plant can be described as a beautiful succulent. It grows in columns and each column will produce a branch. You can slow down the evaporation by keeping the lid on your seed trays, but you still have to refill it frequently. For the seed trays, fill the lower white portion about half way with water. To determine how often your plant needs water, observe the plant closely and make notes. Because succulent seeds can be so tiny, you need to make sure that your hands are clean and that your workspace is clean before you begin planting them. Succulents grown in an arrangement show limited development. My tender succulents were left outside for three to four nights when the temperatures dropped below freezing. When you put the succulent outside, or in the same spot where it was originally growing, make sure it is protected from the cold and extreme heat.
