It's well known what Fitness means right? Fitness has been Cut aka being Defined, aka Getting in shape aka Getting Shredded aka Getting Jacked aka Getting Ripped (not in a drunken sense).

Fitness, as something that we have to shoot for physically to improve the visual look of ours, and by virtue our inner functions and overall health, is a relatively recent idea.
