Prebiotics And Probiotics Differences
Most people are unfamiliar with prebiotics and its effects on digestive health. The much publicized probiotics is a lot more widely used and it is associated with good digestive health. But beyond that, both continue to be a mystery. It is therefore astonishing that when the 2 are compared, prebiotics digestive health improvements far outweigh those of probiotics.
