These succulents will thrive in milder climates. If your climate is not humid, you can add water by filling a small dish with gravel and placing the pot on top. Sprinkle the seeds on top of the soil after you have lightly watered it. The soil should consist of sandy soil that is a mix of coarse sand and cactus potting dirt. But, again, you will need to adjust the amount to suit the species. Your cactus needs to be exposed to sunlight for six to eight hours each day. The basic rule of thumb is to water the succulent when the soil completely dries or once every week. Instead, pour the water directly on the soil to fully saturate it. Just like with all other different types of succulents with pictures of cutting, it is important to allow the cuttings time to dry and form callus before they can be placed in soil.

It is important to expose the plants to cool temperatures as they will be mimicking the nights. Also, make sure to provide lots of sun and dry the soil. The plants that lack sunlight will become less productive and more leggy. Given enough direct sunlight, the leaves will get pretty red tips. Keep misting for a few more days until roots form. To prevent bacteria and fungus from infecting your cuttings, it's important to let them dry out after you collect them. These plants can be found virtually anywhere you go, depending on your location. Additionally, if the weather gets too hot, it can harm the succulent. The best place to plant it is in the sun to partial shade.
