Aloe barberae (aka Aloe bainesii, Aloidendron barberae), Africa's largest aloe, is sculptural, intriguing and dramatic. Jeff explained that a 2008 wildfire caused damage to his home and also to an Aloe barberae. Although nurseries sell boxed and rooted specimens for thousands, Aloe Barbarae is able to start from cuttings. Larger plants can even be branched up to several feet. If your existing Christmas Cactus is quite small, it may make more sense to take a smaller section of the plant. If a leaf is broken, I will not propagate this plant from it.

Let us take some time to learn overwatered succulent remedies. Jeff plants cuttings, truncheons in sand for a few weeks. Then, dip cotton swabs in 70% isopropyl rub alcohol and then apply the pesticide to your skin. Pesticide soap products can paralyze pests when they reach the area it has been applied.
