This succulent is best grown outside in partial to filtered sunlight. It is important that the spot you choose should resemble the natural environment as closely as possible, providing some filtered shade for at least part of the day. Either accept the plant's new markings and enjoy their unique charm, or wait for new growth to replace them. Indirect light will also be available for part of the day in windows facing west, east, or south. North facing windows will provide your plants with plenty of indirect light, but there may not be enough light for some species.
Too much heat and your plant may burn, too little and your plant does not receive enough. A succulent can also suffer from too much sunlight. Even though your plants are located in a bright area, they don't get any direct sunlight to their stems and leaves. It is important that you remember that even plants that love direct light can be affected in the heat. Therefore, if you live somewhere with high temperatures, you might consider moving your direct-light-loving plants out of direct light to keep them cool. Etiolation is often considered to be unattractive by gardeners. The succulent thrives in a west, east or south-facing window. However, it can survive if placed next to a north-facing one.
Plants placed in east, south or west-facing windows will get several hours of direct sunshine per day, depending upon the time of the year and where you live. You might need to adjust the time and weather conditions that affect your succulents depending on where they are grown. While the severity of their discomfort varies depending upon many factors, it is generally related to the size of each spine. Typically, indoor light levels range from 50 FC (foot candles) to 500 FC or 538 lux to 5382 lux. Typically, you'll find that your succulents and cacti will fall into two light categories: direct and indirect light. The drying process took almost two weeks, so a few days longer for the pups should not be too difficult. After the offsets have been removed, allow them to dry for a few days.
After the wounds why are my succulent leaves falling off so easily healed, you can place the offsets into their own well-draining soil containers. This makes them callus and helps prevent infection. Their leaves are pale blue-green in color with white teeth along the edges. If your plants develop discolored patches that range in color from yellow to black, it is likely that your succulents have been exposed too much sunlight.
