Succulent Tracker (Apple This is why I recommend using pots with drainage holes for succulents when you first get started. Let me share with you some easy ways to water succulents inside pots that do not have drainage holes. There are many ways to do this. Glass containers are helpful because you can see the water level as you're pouring the water on. Glass containers tend to make pumice look cleaner. First, I added a little soil. I used a little bit of bakers twine to hang the terrarium up on my wall. The design of this terrarium is great. There's a lot of space, so it won't get too cloudy or mushy inside. They don't like to sit in water for more than a day or two and will begin to rot if they stay wet for much longer.
The glass acts like a mini greenhouse, trapping water inside. It takes more time for the water evaporate. You can help propagate the rosettes by cutting stems. For indoor succulent gardening, you may need a pot that doesn't have a drainage hole.
