Take note that some succulent varieties are naturally more active and grow in the winter season, and some become dormant during the summer months. Crassula Obvata Crosby's Dwarf’ may still experience sunburn if exposed to the sun during a heatwave and when it gets extremely hot in summer. Even though they can be visually unattractive, sunburn brown spots can actually cause damage to the plant. Avoid leaves with discolorations, spots or other marks. These leaves are native to South Africa or Mozambique. They are known for their fleshy, thick, shiny, smooth leaves. Most haworthias originate from Africa's southern regions. Haworthias can be grown indoors in very low light conditions, making them a popular indoor succulent that looks like cactus. Because succulents can hold water, they are drought-resistant. I am keeping it apart from other plants for now. Some plants do not like full sun so they need to be filtered and brightened. But this doesn't mean they shouldn't be watered. Some plants need to be moved into larger containers to support their growing root systems.

I may be wrong but these are probably the easiest plants to grow. This echeveria thrives in full sun to partial shade and plenty of sunlight. To give them the best chance of survival, make sure you have a well-draining potting mix. They thrive best in full sunlight or bright light. It may be necessary to move the plant several times before you find the right spot. You might need to water more often if this is a problem. It is best to only use a small amount of apple cider vinegar. Too much vinegar can cause root damage and may even kill your plants. Some plants I have are not as exposed to the sun and show more greens than their red counterparts. String of Pearls are small, white fuzzy flowers with cinnamon-vanilla spices. They are long with thick, grooved leaves, and have curved, stomach-shaped blooms. One plant was attacked by ants, and I didn't know it until I had several pots.

Haworthiopsis. Attenuata, 'Zebra Flower' is one of most versatile succulent plants. These flowers are very similar in appearance to Crassula Otta's Jade Plant blossoms. You can encourage the plants to bloom by using a balanced fertilizer, such as a or a fertilizer designed for succulents and cacti. I have a large jade tree that blooms every spring. You might have a few bugs here and there, but an army is a good sign of other insects like mealybugs, aphids, and scales. There are many succulents available that are safe for pets and non-toxic. Euphorbia Tirucalli must have plenty of sunlight to grow and thrive. Once rooted, you can gradually increase the amount of sunlight that the plant gets.

Increase sunshine and reduce watering. Reduce watering once fall begins and winter approaches. Once rooted, I decrease watering and water as I normally would my other succulent plants. To get rid of excess water from your plants, you can accidentally pour too many. You can dry a towel and use it to rub the water off. They will then produce honeydew. The honeydew substance is sticky and secreted by mealybugs as well as aphids. As long as the ants remain, they will protect the mealybugs/aphids like valuable cattle. It will take a few weeks for roots to form. The plant will send out roots from where the stem or leaf is touching the ground and root itself, this is often enough to get a new plant started. I carefully removed and re-buried the cactus with a small garden spade.

These hanging succulents are my favorite and I can't get enough. I put my gloves on and carefully pulled the cactus out once it was loose enough. This can be done by mixing coarse, cactus and perlite together (1-1-1 solution). We can now find eco-friendly items easily. In summer, my Euphorbia Tirucalli is watered every 7-10 day, sometimes more during heatwaves. In the summer months, water once a week, even more during extremely hot days or heat waves. These plants can be easily propagated and even though you may decide to get rid of the entire plant, succulents still have a high price and are readily available. When using a spray bottle, make sure to spray the soil or medium instead of just the top of the plant. Every few days, water or spray the soil when it is dry. Instead of using alcohol to spray the soil, spray rubbing alcohol onto the white fluff and bugs with a spray bottle. Pesticides can be harmful to the plant's ecosystem, kill beneficial bugs and disrupt the health of the plants. These pads are sticky and can be used to reduce the infestation.

These beneficial bugs feed on the pests and will control and eliminate the problem. When your plant is healthy and happy, you can expect it to bloom when it is ready. They are easy plants to maintain and easy to propagate. Some plants are more resilient than others. These plants are harder and more durable than the String of Pearls. Another plant that suffered are the Crassula Perforata (String of Buttons). This strategy is used by many jade plant bonsai lovers. Jade plants are very patient. Jade plants have been my favorite plant for years. The same mistake has been made before. If you're planning to use the same pot as before, make sure to disinfect the pot as well. Euphorbia Tirucalli like all succulents requires well-draining earth. The top inch of the soil needs to feel dry to the touch before you water. However, if you are watering your plants every week and notice that the leaves are becoming dry, this could be because the plant is getting too much water.

This plant needs shade. They can also burn easily in too much sunlight. They can tolerate the full sun. Wondering where you can find Cobweb hens and chicks? Toxicity information on Aloe Juvenna is hard to find but Aloes, in general, are considered toxic to cats, dogs and pets. Crassula Odvata, 'Crosby's Dwarf', is very simple to propagate if you're willing wait and patient. Crassula Ovata's Crosby's Dwarf' flowers are much easier to care for than Crassula Ovata's Jade Plants. Because they require less space and maintenance, Crassula Ovata's slow-growing plants require less space. Each species of Cactus have their own needs but all can be cared for in the same way. If you are growing indoors, choose the most sunny spot in your house to place the plant. The best light is available. I read that leaf propagation is just not possible for these plants and I have personally never tried to propagate through leaf cuttings. Native to South Africa, Crassula Pellucida 'Variegata' (Calico Kitten) is such a beautiful plant the pictures I have do not do it justice. Haworthia cymbiformis is native to South Africa. They are known for their dense rosettes with thick, juicy green leaves that have a boat-shaped shape.
