Three Reasons why You're Most likely not Losing Weight
Many of us have battled with the age old conundrum of "Why when I am doing everything correct, am I still not shedding weight?" It can certainly be one of the most frustrating obstacles in everyday living for a lot of, often enough to cause some to completely resign on weight loss goals as a result of not seeing results.
To use a typical phrase; "barking up unwanted tree" may help shine light on the bigger picture. Basically it doesn't matter just how much effort you're putting in if you're concentrating on the controlling or reducing the incorrect things. Hopefully the following pointers will help to keep you moving in the best direction:
1. You are probably focusing on the bad thing!
After the 1980's the word FAT has been considered a swear word, some thing to be feared as well as loathed. Everybody from Richard Simmons to Rosemary Conley has espoused the "Eat less fat and you will be less fat" dogma.
After 20 funny years of folks decreasing fats and altai balance real reviews still getting fatter we've at last cottoned onto the fact which (largely in part to people including Dr Atkins of the Atkins diet regime and Barry Sears of the Zone diet) oils are innocent and it's really actually carbohydrates (aka "carbs") which are the villains who are wrapping all of this additional insulation around our ever expanding waistlines.
2. You most likely do not comprehend exactly what a "Carb" is!
During the time of mine as a workout professional this is most likely in the top 3 most common misconceptions I regularly find. I'm going to set the record straight here as well as now; FRUIT & VEGETABLES Will be CARBS!
A large number of people believe that these're food groups all of their own, but fruit & vegetables are carbohydrates.
