I've been writing about distinct areas of mens fitness and fitness nutrition, but how about the fundamentals of fitness. The center so to speak and exactly why us men wish to be healthy. Health is for all ages. It doesn't matter how young or old you may be. It is never very late to start.

Now these are definitely optional. Some men don't want to be "musclebound". There is nothing at all incorrect with keeping the muscle groups toned and fit though.
By much, in my opinion, is the cardio workouts. Aerobics if that's all of the precious time you have. By being focused on cardio more, it keeps the arteries as well as veins receptive, keeps cholesterol low, as well as keeps the heart fit and strong.
