Blood glucose Level Control - 3 Methods for Once A day Checking Of Your Blood Sugars
I have discussed some of the lows and highs of living with type 2 diabetes. Namely hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia.
Ultimately as someone living with diabetes, the aim is to have blood sugar levels within the target range of 70 130 mg/dL.
A great deal of times this might need regular monitoring of blood sugars. This's where I normally encounter a lot of resistance from my patients. They complain that testing the sugars of theirs many times a day is unpleasant. Additionally that the test strips cost a lot of money. Or perhaps that because of their work schedule they simply do not have the time.
I found the more I argued with them about this, the more resistant some individuals became. In fact some even stopped arriving as scheduled. They would stretch out the appointments of theirs. And so, instead of coming in each altai balance and metformin every 3 weeks, they made it twice a year.
So now that could be harmful as it is a surefire way to create complications related to diabetes!
So I'd to get creative with that segment of my patients that just were not going to check out their blood sugars consistently.
Well here are three strategies that I put together. For likely the most part they ended up being about compromise. Which I believe is something that's extremely important if you are focused on living powerfully.
Strategy Primary - ALTERNATE FASTING BLOOD SUGARS LEVELS WITH POST PRANDIAL LEVELS
