The Physical Fitness Definition of yours Will Determine Your Success
It often amazes me that FITNESS is a multi billion dollar industry... Yet a good, concise and universal definition of fitness is tough to nail down.
Just ask an individual participating in a physical workout plan, and ikaria lean belly juice amazon; review, even someone in the health sector for that matter, to provide you with an obvious definition of fitness.
You'll most likely be greeted with the "deer found in the headlights" stare accompanied by nonsensical stammering.
If you do get an answer, it will most likely be slanted toward the particular abilities of an individual asked.
For example...
A marathon runner is going to define fitness in conditions of muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance... A power-lifter is going to define fitness in terms of absolute strength... A bodybuilder is going to define fitness in conditions of muscle size as well as definition... etc.
But the vast majority of people taking part in a physical workout program aren't professional athletes concerned with the improvement of one physical ability.
Thus, basing the definition of yours of fitness in one particular physical skill doesn't lead to a universal definition of fitness.
