The way In order to Avoid Nutritional Deficiencies Due to Your Dietary Supplements
Many people feel that by taking a wide variety of dietary supplements, they are supporting better health. The simple fact is, a large number of supplements are synthetic (man-made). The bodies of ours are developed to recognize minerals and vitamins in their natural form. When our bodies do not recognize them, they often remove them or keep them in the fat cells of ours.
So just how much of that artificial vitamin is actually being used at a cellular level? Typically, our bodies absorb under 20 %. And so, even if you think you're supporting the wellness of yours, you may continue to be nutritionally deficient!
Minerals and vitamins are derived from plants. Plants make supplements from the sunlight and receive the minerals of theirs with the soil. But, due to many years of over-farming, pesticides, chemicals and fertilizers, most of the soil of ours is depleted. When fertilizers are utilized to accelerate plant growth, the plants of ours start to be nutritionally deficient.
If you measure the vitamin density of today's dry fruits and veggies, there is a marked decline in the amount of nutrition found in today's food when compared with the food your grandparents ate!
