Easy Weight Loss - Fight Fat With Fat!

I have struggled all the life of mine with abdominal fat. It's been a lifelong issue because even though the majority of the entire body of mine was slim, I've had some abdominal fat since kindergarten, when I was selected to take out a "round robin" poem. I was traumatized in first grade each time a boy named me "Chubby Checkers" (a widely used singer in the 1960s who was slightly overweight). While a raw foodist, I couldn't toss out the "apple shape," or perhaps having a fairly bigger belly than hips.
Which is...until I found the secret of fighting fat with fat. I've right now, at age fifty three and after menopause, reached the perfect weight of mine for the first time since high school. I can proudly wear designer jeans, and also stylish like younger girls. And best of all the, I no longer struggle to guarantee that it stays off. In the 1980s there was a principle that we could eat all of the carbohydrates we wanted which these wouldn't be saved as fat. Extra fat on the body came generally from extra fat in the diet, the theory went. And there are studies to demonstrate this concept, of course. So the plan was to eat very little fat as is feasible. While there's a bit of truth to that, in that fat in the food plan can more readily be stored as excess fat, those who adhered to this principle went crazy in under eating essential fats. They suffered from depression, PMS, fatigue, in addition to all sorts of maladies. Put simply, the body of yours needs fat. Next to water and oxygen, fat is the central element of the body.
We now know we need fat to burn off fat. We need the good fats to boost the metabolic rate of ours. Fats are necessary to make hormones that burn fat. the brains of ours need to have extra fat, particularly the kind with DHA, that makes up 60 % of our brains.
Consume Monounsaturated Fats with Every Meal
Studies show that monounsaturated fatty acids, known as MUFAS, will be the key to eliminating abdominal or perhaps belly fat. In The Flat Belly Diet, they coach you to break up your food into 3 dishes and 1 snack, each one 400 calories. Every single meal/snack should include aproximatelly hundred calories of MUFAS.
