Personal Fitness - It is Far more Than Being Physically Fit
Many people are wanting to be fit. We all want to be healthy enough to say' yes' more often to doing the things which could add quality to our lives. But being fit is more than physical fitness. Emotional fitness, spiritual fitness, and emotional fitness cannot be dismissed.
