They always say the hardest part of working out is succeeding to the gym. However, in case you would like to drop by the gym before work, you've to get up early on, get dressed to work out, drive to the gym, check in, find an accessible machine, get the workout of yours in and drive home to take your shower before heading to work. Six years and 75 extra pounds later on occurs when I watched an Infomercial on the Turbo Jam program. Now, I'd gained a lot of weight that I was embarrassed to set foot in the gym as I did not want to feel like "the excess fat girl" that everybody viewed as well as judged.
