Two extremely popular home DVD workouts put together by two extremely popular private trainers. I'm speaking about the P90X workout plus the Chalean Extreme. These two exercise systems are amongst the best home exercises in the nation. So what is the difference in between the 2, and if you are considering picking on of these set up what exactly are the differences you should know about?
