This particular workout utilises my all time favorite plot of exercise machines and that's nothing though your own personal bodyweight! Now I hope you are not thinking that this implies it's a fairly easy exercise as it's perhaps one of the toughest workout challenges that I have ever come up with. Either with weights or my own bodyweight.

I am going to say something and that is a huge warning because this particular workout is certainly not for starters! If you currently have a training base you might carry out the bodyweight workouts but only do half of the designated repetitions or even whatever you are able to deal with.
The main goal is going to be to work your way up eventually to being ready to carry out all areas of the workout from beginning to end and with only a small amount rest as is possible. There are ten bodyweight exercises in complete and you are required to perform fifty repetitions of each exercise before moving on to the next workout.

2) Squat Jumps
Three) Hand Walks

9) Glute Bridge March (25 each leg - 50 total)
Ten) Sprinters Shuffles (25 each leg - fifty total)
