Creatine is substance which is naturally found in the human body and it plays a key part in muscle tissue building. I have used creatine supplements before to easily bolster the muscle mass of mine and I found it to work really well.

I often worked out three times a week for forty five minutes in a time. The schedule of mine was Mon - Wed - Fri, from aproximatelly 9:00 - 9:45.
