Importance of Dietary Supplements
Vitamins are necessary for regular performance of the body - Growth, Digestion & Nerve Function. Vitamins & Minerals are needed in steady and small quantities and so they together create the micro nutrients vital to maintain good mind and body.
There are 2 types of vitamins, Non-Essential and essential. Right now there are 13 Essential vitamins needed by the body which must be acquired through the food we consume. The essential vitamins needed by the body are Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Biotin along with Folic acid.
Vitamins are sometimes fat soluble or perhaps water soluble. Water soluble vitamins are vitamins that are essential and aren't stored in body in higher amounts. Fat soluble vitamins are soluble in Bile acids plus they're stored by the body and used when they're required.
Vitamins taken in the form are dietary nutritional dietary supplements are best creatine for weight loss utilized by the body when taken together with food and nutrient supplements are not the substitute for the entire foods. Dietary supplements can compliment the diet when there is trouble getting enough of important nutrients through food. Individuals who are hearty and eat large variety of foods including fruits and vegetables(8 servings), legumes, whole grains, lean meat and fish on a regular basis do not have dietary supplements.

4. vegetarian or Vegan diet plan.
5. Post menopausal females.
6. Special medical conditions.
7. Smoke or Drink alcohol.
8. Over fifty years old.
9. Eating junk unhealthy food but not getting dietary balance of vitamins.
10. Can not afford diet of variety of food items that are important for good lifestyle.
11. Pregnant and breastfeeding girls.
12. Not for health that is good - physically &/or mentally.
Minerals enable entire body grow, develop and stay healthy.They assistance building strong bones and also in transmitting nerve impulses. Some minerals are also used to maintain normal heartbeat and additionally to make hormones.
Minerals can be classified in 2 groups mostly based on the amount required by the body as Macro minerals and Trace minerals. Macro-minerals include Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride as well as Sulfur. Trace minerals consist of Iron, Manganese, Copper, Iodine, Zinc, Cobalt, Fluoride, Selenium.
