Weight Loss Resistance
Weight loss resistance is a large issue in the country of ours. Only because, who wouldn't like to lose a couple of extra pounds? America is fat, and we are all aware it. (Why do you feel other countries laugh at us?)
I've had a minimum of five consultations only this week with females who couldn't lose some weight whatever they tried. Diet plans, work outs, hanging upside down, you name it almost nothing has worked. But they were missing the the one step which is simple. however, it's the most difficult.
We need to put people into two categories. Sugar-burners vs. Fat-burners. The vast majority of you reading this are sugar burners so let's begin there. In order to slim down we must normalize our insulin levels, and that is the hormone our body produces to pull sugar in our cells. Many people walk around with an elevated insulin level that never ever drops under a resting state. Meaning our entire body is actually striving to get rid of the high sugar running through our blood. (It has too, if not, you will develop Type II Diabetes).
