So you've been in the gym 4 or maybe 5 times a week and are eating properly.  Things are going very well and you are beginning to see some solid results.  You need to keep the momentum going and avoid "roadblocks"...the seemingly insignificant things that can really wreak havoc in the workout program of yours.
Here's a few roadblocks that you can watch out for.  Knowing them is going to help you to remain on course with your fitness & weight loss goals...
1) Sugary drinks: Sodas, juices & sugar in your preferred drinks are able to harm your weightloss results.  Instead, look to water.  Make certain you keep the body of yours moisturized & drink your eight glasses a day.  If you can get dehydrated, particularly when you are working out, your body will most likely retain normal water in places you'd prefer to it NOT!
Two) Being TOO strict with the diet of yours: Small indulgences every sometimes are a great idea. Just a little incentive here and there can go quite a distance in helping your weightloss efforts.  Just look out for frequency as well as quantity.  
3)Not watching meal portion sizes: One great way to view meal portion sizes is purchasing the "one serving" hundred calorie packages.  This manner, you're not mindlessly snacking away on food.
Four) Skipping breakfast is a "no no": Never skip all of this important meal of the day.  This will significantly increase obesity risks.  Breakfast sets the tone for the day and helps to keep your metabolic rate chugging along.
5) Not getting enough sleep: You would be very impressed what number of folks don't have their eight hours of sleep per night.  Also, make sure to let your muscle groups to rest twenty four to 48 hours prior to working it out again.  Give yourself a few of days or weeks off weekly from the gym.  Noone has to exercise 7 days a week to get and remain in excellent shape!
