So you've been in the gym four or five times a week and therefore are consuming properly.  The situation is going very well and you are starting to see a number of sound results.  You need to keep the momentum going and avoid "roadblocks"...the seemingly insignificant things that can really wreak havoc in your workout program.
Here's a handful of roadblocks for you to be aware for.  Knowing them is going to help you to stay on course with the fitness of yours & weight loss goals...
1) Sugary drinks: Sodas, juices & sugars in the favorite beverages of yours can hurt your weightloss results.  Instead, look to water.  Make sure you keep the body of yours moisturized & drink your 8 glasses a day.  If you can get dehydrated, particularly when you are working out, your body will likely keep normal water in places you'd rather it NOT!
Two) Being TOO strict with the diet of yours: Small indulgences every once in a while are a good thing. Just a little reward every now and then can go a long way in helping your weightloss efforts.  Just watch out for frequency and quantity.  
3)Not watching portion sizes: One way that is good to watch meal portion sizes is to purchase the "one serving" hundred calorie packages.  This manner by which, you are not mindlessly snacking away on foods.
4) Skipping breakfast is a "no no": Never skip all of this important meal of the day.  Doing this will dramatically increase your obesity risks.  Breakfast sets the tone for the day and helps you to keep your metabolic rate chugging along.
Five) Not getting enough sleep: You would be very impressed how many people do not get their eight hours of rest each night.  Also, make sure to let your muscle groups to rest twenty four to 48 hours prior to working it out again.  Give yourself a few of days or weeks away from weekly from the gym.  Noone has to workout 7 days a week being as well as remain in excellent shape!
