The term "diet" has become the taboo word in the English language. I don't understand how often times I have cringed every time I heard that awful word. People right away think when they hear "diet" that it is time to quit eating! Not the case. I do not believe in the word diet since it is not about that. It's all about being ready to eat what you need in moderation. You do not need to eliminate all of the favorite foods in the day diet of yours. That is just torture. Folks have made millions on gimmick diet programs that simply do not work as you end up limiting yourself to meals you actually do not wish to eat all the time. A good diet involves eating what you want in moderation and common sense planning of the daily intake of yours.
The human body adapts to common plus most people have to change it up every then and now. My concept of a so-called diet is eating however much I want well within moderation and also making certain I have the necessary regular exercise which could be anywhere from a stroll around the block or perhaps exercising in the own home of mine. The main point here is you can eat what you want but have some self discipline and know when you ought to take the fork out of your mouth!! The reverse side of this coin is "EXERCISE". Diet alone won't do it.
