To Be thin & Burn Fat - Shakes or maybe Foods that are Whole?
After several years of spending hundreds, and in many cases thousands, of dollars, after getting ill on them, and after seeing no sort of outcomes in the type of losing weight or fat burn from them, many have finally understood that they're WORTHLESS.

The makers claim they're "just as great, if not better, than eating a real meal", which will, supposedly, speed up the weight loss process.
They state they have increased quantities of protein, lower quantities of sugar / carbohydrates, and also add in substances such as BCAA's, CLA, HMB, Creatine, Glutamine, so on so forth.
