Health is a concept that's vastly misunderstood plus each individual has his/her own way of determining it.
What many people don't know is that you can find 10 components/elements/facets that constitute the state of "Fitness". These ten parts have being improved in an individual for him/her to be deemed as physically it.
These days, it doesn't matter much if you're young or old, female or male; or whether you are supposed to be to a specific group of people (bodybuilder, reviews on exipure weight loss pills (visit) couch potato, corporate executive, athlete, housewife etc). The exercise routine of yours should aim to improve all 10 components of fitness.
All individuals are built the same way physiologically. Therefore, we all need each of the pieces of fitness to enhance the quality of our conditioning and thereby improve life.
So....What exactly would be the 10 components of fitness?

The 10 Components of Fitness:
One) Cardiovascular Endurance: The ability of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to transport oxygenated blood to the functioning skeletal muscles for a long time frame with no fatigue.
2) Muscular Endurance: The capability of skeletal muscles to continuously contract for an extended period of time without experiencing fatigue.
