So you've been in the gym 4 or maybe 5 times a week and therefore are eating properly.  The situation is going very well and you are beginning to discover some stable results.  You want to keep the momentum going as well as try to avoid "roadblocks"...the little things which can definitely wreak havoc in your workout program.
Here's a few roadblocks for you to be aware for.  Knowing them will help you to remain on the right track with the fitness of yours & fat exipure weight loss reviews (why not find out more) goals...
One) Sugary drinks: Sodas, sugar and juices in the favorite drinks of yours are able to hurt your weightloss results.  Instead, look to water.  Make certain you keep your body hydrated & drink your 8 glasses a day.  If you can get dehydrated, especially when you are working out, your body will probably keep water in places you'd prefer to it NOT!
2) Being TOO stringent with the diet of yours: Small indulgences every sometimes are a great idea. A bit of reward every now and then goes a long way in helping your weightloss efforts.  Just look out for frequency and quantity.  
3)Not watching portion sizes: One way that is good to see food portion sizes is to purchase the "one serving" hundred calorie packages.  This manner by which, you're not mindlessly snacking away on food.
Four) Skipping breakfast is a "no no": Never skip all of this important meal of the day.  Doing so will significantly increase your obesity risks.  Breakfast sets the tone for the day and helps to keep metabolism chugging along.
Five) Not getting plenty of sleep: You'd be surprised what number of people do not get their eight hours of rest each night.  Also, be sure to allow your muscle groups to rest 24 to forty eight hours prior to working it out again.  Give yourself a couple of days or weeks away from each week from the gym.  Noone has to workout 7 days a week to get and stay in great shape!
